We were travelling through Ottawa on our way to Alberta when I was getting an overload error on my trailer brake controller. When trying to troubleshoot I pulled the emergency cable to see if it was still functioning and a short in the wiring burnt the wires from the cable right back to the brakes! Places in Ottawa were booking three weeks out but we were leaving the next day. Rockland is only 30 minutes east of Ottawa and they were able to put a whole new wiring harness and emergency brake cable on our trailer and get us back on the road! Thanks Safari RV! It’s been a week since then and the system is working great.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Safari RV and Sam from sales. We saw a unit that interested us and after many questions over the phone drove 9 hours to see it in person. It was a used unit and I spent at least 6 hours looking it over inside and out. Sam patiently answered several hundred questions and even had the service manager come and answer those he couldn't. The next day Sam came in on his day off to wrap things up and Charbel from finance took his time to make sure we were leaving happy and with our 'forever' motorhome. We had to take our new RV in for repairs due to an accident and Safari, being Matt, was excellent to deal with. Not only did they fix all the damage but Matt also agreed to do work on our shower which leaked from the time we received our unit but wasn't covered under warranty. I went to Safari RV to look at trailers. I had no intentions of buying just yet as I was just starting to get to know the rv life. Sam took lots of time to send me listings. At first, I was glancing at them but something didn't click, I was very indecisive. Sam went through an entire lot at the rv sale and found one that checked all my boxes. When it came time to pick up we realized that my vehicle hitch was too low due to it being installed under the bumper after market. After a few miscommunications during an incredibly stressful event, safari’s service team came out to assist us with our brand new 2023 vibe’s flooding issue. A few things were not explained properly and I can vouch that it doesn’t take much in the heat of the moment for wires to get crossed. Matt in service immediately came out this morning and was able to explain and fix anything that needed fixing and even went as far as bringing a spare propane tank for us since he saw both of ours were empt my and levelling the trailer properly after finishing the repairs. I have to say I am definitely blown away by that! I will however be Pursuing forest river for damages to my golf cart and for the event itself that we ended up paying for. It was negligence on their part and they need to be made aware that it is unacceptable. Safari however has done their part, will continue to do their part in the future if needed and we are good to enjoy our brand new trailer again. I am grateful and appreciative and my faith is definitely restored in the company!

I brought my camper with a break problem that was not easy to find the actual issue. They could have easily blame the issue on the truck because all of their initial test were trending in that direction but instead they really took the time to listen to what I had to say and tried different test that allowed them to pin point the issue. Really good service and fair on billable time.

Buying our Travel Trailer from Safari RV was a fantastic experience. From our awesome sales rep Pascal, to their Manager Nick and Finance guru Charnel we were made to feel like their future happiness was tied directly to ours.
